How soon will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 3 days, Monday through Friday. If you place an order before 1 p.m. EST on Monday, your order should ship by Wednesday. The same applies to Friday orders.

If you place an order before 1 p.m. EST on Friday, your order should ship by Tuesday.  If you place an order after 1 p.m. EST on Friday, your order should ship by Wednesday.

For Canadian orders, please allow a few extra days to process.

What is Fed Ex Smart Post?

Your Sleep Squad provides Fed Ex Smart Post as the most economical shipping option for our customers. Smart Post is also offered as a free shipping option on all orders over $50 USD. We processes all orders within 72 hours and expected delivery time while using Smart Post is 4-10 business days once shipped.

Please note that the Your Sleep Squad shipping policy is once we ship your order and it has left our facility, Your Sleep Squad no longer claims responsibility for your package. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, refer to your tracking # in your shipping confirmation email and call USPS or your local post office with all questions pertaining to your delivery.

PRE-ORDER DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ORDERING: If you combine a pre-order item with an in stock item, your full order will SHIP TOGETHER when the pre-order items comes in to stock. 

  • When you purchase a pre-order item using your credit card, you authorize us to store your credit card information securely until your order ships. At that time, your card will be charged in full. If you combine an in-stock item with a pre-order item, the in-stock item may no longer be available once the ore-order item comes in to stock.
  • All Pre-orders are subject to availability.
  • Product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays.
  • If you wish to have in-stock items shipped immediately, you must order in-stock and pre-order items in separate orders.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US States, Canada, as well as APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

What are my options for shipping?

All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Smart Post or UPS. Services include 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Nexy Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, and Flat Rate Shipping. Please remember 3rd Day Select is three days after shipment, which may take up to 72 hours to process.

How much do you charge for shipping?

It depends on the shipping method you choose, your location, and the weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart. For United States orders over $50.00, Fed Ex Smart Post is free.

Do you charge sales tax?

Pennsylvania, New York and California residents, and all orders shipped to Pennsylvania, New York and California addresses, will be charged the applicable sales tax. Customers outside of Pennsylvania, New York and California will not be charged sales tax.

I received my order and the item is damaged – what should I do?

Please contact us via e-mail at within one week and we will send a replacement for the damaged item, as well as instructions on how to return your order. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, phone number, and order number.

What is the best way to clean my Bleacher Creature?

We recommend that you hand wash your items if it becomes become dirty over time. Standard wear and tear can occur to your Your Sleep Squad as with any blanket.

I need to return my order – what should I do?

Changed your mind? Please contact us via e-mail at within 30 days and we will gladly accept your return. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization number as well as instructions on how to return your order. Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

Please Note:

If you are returning your order due to a Your Sleep Squad error, we will send you a return label.  We can then either issue a full refund or even exchange.  If you are returning your order for other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping.  We will issue a refund for the item(s) purchased upon receipt at our facility. All refunds are for product price only. No shipping refunds.

My Visa gift card isn't working!

Call the gift card issuer or visit their registration website. Check the sticker on the front of your gift card for a registration link or toll-free phone number. If there’s no sticker, look at the back and use the customer service phone number or website provided.

Registering your gift card ensures a name and address is linked to the card. When an order is placed, we use an Address Verification System to verify the card matches the billing address. This process helps restrict fraudulent activity associated with a lost or stolen card.
